Along with our fantastic audience, we enjoyed a wonderful concert at Buckfast Abbey with our performance of La Grande Messe. A programme inspired by the Abbey’s two organs included Vierne’s Messe Solennelle, Franck’s Panis Angelicus and a sing-along version of Widor’s famous Toccata! Organists Ben Horden and David Davies accompanied us with the rare experience of both the Abbey's organs playing together. With Musical Director Matthew Searles, we were delighted to be back at the Abbey singing to a live audience once again.
Our next concert will also be performed at Buckfast Abbey, when we will be performing Vivaldi's Gloria with orchestral accompaniment.
