What an evening we had at St Petroc's for our Last Night of the Proms! Following the wonderful South Brent Carnival Procession, we enjoyed an evening of Pomp and Circumstance, with flag waving and audience participation aplenty! Music was performed by Brent Singers with Orchestra, Soprano Hannah Deasy, and organist David Davies. As part of the evening's entertainment, singers from South Brent Primary School's Key Stage 2 performed a fantastic rendition of Handel's "See the Conquering Hero Comes" to rapturous applause. A great time was had by all, and delighted audience members gave a standing ovation at the end of the concert.
