O Emmanuel - A Christmas Treat!

Yesterday evening saw our annual Christmas concert at St Petroc's Church, South Brent, this year with songs to celebrate from Advent into the Christmas season.

Our audience were treated to some traditional audience participation carols including "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel," "It Came Upon a Midnight Clear," and "O Come, All Ye Faithful" as well as other pieces sung by the choir including Taverner's "The Lamb" and Rutter's "Nativity Carol."

A wonderfully festive time was had by all! Brent Singers, with our musical director Matthew Searles, will next be performing at Pennywell Farm on Thursday 16th December. See our website for more details of this exciting Christmas event!
