Great British Anthems Workshop

Members of Brent Singers and Torbay Singers were invited to join in a rehearsal workshop at Buckfast Abbey. We ran through some of the programme for our upcoming concert with Brent Singers musical director Matthew Searles and Torbay Singers musical director Matthew Cann. Accompanied by organist Charles Maxtone-Smith, we rehearsed some Parry, Stanford, Wesley, Rutter and Finzi. It was wonderful to meet singers from both choirs! We are excited to bring our concert of Great British Anthems to Buckfast Abbey on Saturday 28th June 2025 at 7.30pm. Tickets are available via the Brent Singers website, brentsingers.org.uk
